Gertrude Baines, the oldest surviving woman in the world, celebrated her 115th birthday. Church friends and Los Angeles city administrators greeted her. Her well wishers included President Obama.The ceremony took place at Western Convalescent Hospital, West Adams, where Gertrude has been residing from a long time. Hospital authorities say that she is a very strong woman.
